Our Story

Produce with a Purpose was created to give back to the Wilmington community we call home.

The idea began in 2017 as a preschool fundraiser with a simple goal: raise funds for the school while making a broader community impact. What started small, quickly grew over six years and eight events, revealing something powerful, fundraising could support local organizations while also helping address childhood food insecurity.

Today, we partner with schools and organizations to create fundraisers that make a double impact, raising essential funds while helping provide nutritious food to children in need. When fundraising is done with purpose, the entire community benefits.
